Controller and contact
Hoodvision operator identity not configured operates the service and is responsible for this notice. Paid checkout remains disabled until a privacy contact is configured.
1. Data Hoodvision processes
Hoodvision records the public wallet address you use to sign in; authentication challenges and verification results; hashed session tokens; session times; a one-way hash derived from request IP; limited user-agent data; plan and feature usage; quotes; policy acceptance; public transaction hashes, event locations, payer addresses, assets, amounts, and finality state; access periods; and owner audit events.
2. Public-chain data
Wallet addresses, token transfers, swaps, contract calls, balances, and related blockchain activity are public by design and may be obtained from Hoodvision-operated nodes, chain feeds, and replaceable infrastructure providers. Hoodvision can associate a signed-in wallet with its public activity inside the service. A blockchain record cannot be deleted or changed by Hoodvision.
3. Data Hoodvision does not request
Hoodvision does not request or store private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, custody credentials, or brokerage-login credentials. A valid Hoodvision sign-in message is not a token approval or asset transfer. Never enter a seed phrase into Hoodvision or send it to anyone claiming to provide support.
4. Why the data is used
Data is used to verify wallet control, secure sessions, prevent replay and abuse, enforce subscription and rate limits, verify settlement and finality, activate access, reconcile reorgs, present account and owner ledgers, investigate incidents, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Hoodvision may process data through hosting, database, RPC, security, monitoring, wallet, and blockchain-infrastructure providers acting for the service. Public proofs may link to third-party explorers. Hoodvision may disclose limited records when required by law, to protect users or the service, in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards, or with your direction. Hoodvision does not need to sell personal data to operate the plans described here.
6. Retention and security
Expired nonces, rate-limit rows, and sessions are periodically removed or invalidated. Payment, consent, subscription, security, and audit records are retained as needed for reconciliation, accounting, disputes, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Session tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. No system is perfectly secure; Hoodvision will preserve evidence, contain affected access, and provide notices when required.
7. Choices and requests
You can sign out to revoke the active browser session and can stop using the service. Before public sales are enabled, Hoodvision will publish a support and privacy contact for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and appeal requests where applicable. Requests cannot remove public blockchain records and may be limited where records must be retained for security, settlement, accounting, or law.
8. Children, locations, and changes
Hoodvision is not directed to children. Infrastructure may process data in multiple locations subject to provider safeguards and applicable law. Material changes will be published under a new version. Checkout consent remains tied to the exact version and URLs accepted.
9. Related terms
The service terms describe wallet accounts, prepaid access, public-data limits, acceptable use, and transaction risk.
