Operator and contact
These terms are between you and Hoodvision operator identity not configured. Paid checkout remains disabled until a public support contact is configured.
1. The service
Hoodvision provides software that collects, normalizes, calculates, and displays public blockchain and market data. Hoodvision is independent software and is not Robinhood Markets, Paxos, a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or an investment adviser. References to a chain, protocol, token, wallet, or third-party service do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to enter an agreement and use the service where you live. You may not use Hoodvision to violate law, sanctions, export controls, third-party rights, network rules, or provider terms; interfere with service security; evade access controls or rate limits; resell credentials; scrape protected endpoints; or misrepresent Hoodvision data as private brokerage information.
3. Wallet accounts
Your public wallet address identifies your account. Sign-in requires a domain-, network-, nonce-, and time-bound message signature. Hoodvision never needs your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for wallet security and activity authorized by your wallet. Contact the published support channel promptly if you believe an account session or payment is unauthorized.
4. Prepaid access and settlement
Scout, Pro, and Desk are fixed 30-day prepaid access periods, purchased manually in the asset and amount shown at checkout. There is no automatic token debit or automatic renewal. Network fees are separate. A submitted transaction hash does not create access; Hoodvision activates a period only after the configured contract event, payer, asset, amount, invoice, receipt, and finality are independently verified. A later payment extends access under the renewal rule shown at checkout.
5. Final transactions and refunds
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. The payment contract transfers accepted assets directly to the configured treasury and cannot reverse a transfer. Any refund offered by Hoodvision must be processed separately, may exclude network fees, and must be tied to an on-chain proof and account-ledger adjustment. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not waived by this section.
6. Data limits and no advice
Public-chain records can be delayed, reorganized, incomplete, decoded incorrectly, or paired with imperfect off-chain estimates. Liquidity is not guaranteed executable depth. Holder labels and wallet-flow groupings do not prove identity, ownership, coordination, intent, profit, or wrongdoing. Hoodvision provides informational tooling only—not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. You are responsible for independent verification and decisions.
7. Availability and changes
Networks, sequencers, nodes, indexers, wallets, smart contracts, and upstream infrastructure can fail or change without notice. Hoodvision may protect the service, fix defects, enforce limits, discontinue a feature, or suspend an abusive or unlawful account. Material plan or policy changes will be published with a new version and will apply prospectively.
8. Ownership
Hoodvision software, interface, original analytics, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable rights. Public blockchain facts remain public facts, and third-party names and materials remain owned by their respective holders. A paid period grants a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service within the selected plan; it does not transfer Hoodvision intellectual property.
9. Risk allocation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Hoodvision does not guarantee uninterrupted access, profit, accuracy, token value, wallet security, or transaction execution. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Before public sales are enabled, the operator will publish the applicable business identity, support contact, governing-law terms, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
10. Policy record
Checkout records this policy version, the terms and privacy URLs, the signing account, time of acceptance, a one-way IP hash, and limited user-agent data. The corresponding privacy notice explains that processing.
